This website is operated by OutletVault. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Products and authenticity

Everything we sell is genuine, brand-new designer merchandise sourced from established European fashion distributors. Pieces are typically past-season or overstock items. If an item is shown not to be authentic, we refund you in full, including shipping.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Where an original price is shown alongside our price, it is the reference retail price for that item. Our stock is limited and synced with our partner warehouses. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will cancel that item and refund it in full.

Discounts

Discount codes and automatic offers apply only under the conditions shown with the offer. Only one discount applies per order unless stated otherwise.

Shipping, duties and delivery

Shipping is free on every order to the 50 U.S. states. U.S. customs duties and import fees are not included in our prices and are collected by the carrier before delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
